My name is Robert (Bobby) Sanders, and I am a Texas native
and the founder of Texas Lithium Lawyer.
As a third-generation Texan who spent my summers on the family ranch, I learned the values of hard work, integrity, and stewardship—principles that continue to guide my legal practice today.
With nearly 20 years of hands-on experience in the energy sector—as a leasing agent, mineral investor, landman, and title attorney—I understand this industry from every angle. I also understand what's at stake, because I’m not just an attorney—I’m a mineral and land owner myself.

After earning my law degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law, where I focused exclusively on energy law, I set out to represent landowners with the same care I would give to my own property.
My practice is based exclusively in Texas and is among the first in the state to focus entirely on Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) and brine lease law.
